Lets Deaux This

I am about to start an experiment that will span the length of exactly one school year. I hope to post once a day here about different themes with topics based in my every day life. The purpose of this project is not based in originality, or the desire for attention, I have already stated that i really don't care who reads this.

What i hope to create by the end of the year is a compilation of entries that I will then bind into a book. As a finished product I hope that I will someday be able to look back at this book and see exactly who I was this year, what I was thinking, and how far I have come.

Hypocracy

Okay, first blog entry. I'm going to delete this later if I actually end up using this. After all, I hate personal blogs with a passion. The vanity required to bitch about your life on routine amazes me. I don't see how anyone can advertise the fact that they do that without being ashamed of themselves.

In fact, the word "blog" perfectly describes anyone that has one. Congratulations, you combined the words "web" and "log". That's not witty, and neither are you. I don't care about your day, I don't care what you are listening to, and under no circumstances do you get any kudos.

So why is what I am doing right now okay? Because I'm not publishing this on the notion that anybody other than me cares; I am writing this for myself. I just don't care if somebody sees this.

This is going to be an experiment that I hope to start by the beginning of school. Ill talk about it more later, but basically what I am doing now is "getting all of the kinks out". It seems like every time I start a project like this I give up, or some technical problem stops me before I get even close to completing it.
